PJ Dick is serving as Prime Contractor for the construction of the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union’s new headquarters. The 235,000 sf building will have three stories. Some of the features include data/communications and audio visual systems for security, a day care center, playground area and full kitchen. The exterior of the building will feature a combination of glass curtain wall and terra cotta panels. This project is seeking a LEED Gold certification and is expected to be completed in October of 2013.
